Where we are

Phase 1 is live. Katie is fully onboarded to the FranDev workspace, equipped with a custom Lead Engagement tab she uses daily, and working leads through an active re-engagement cascade.

All 31 sync fields across Section 1 (Lead Context), Section 2 (Re-engagement Status), and Section 3 (Intake Checklist) are built and wired with conditional visibility. Workflows A & B are active and firing — SMS + email sequences triggered on status change. Lead Engagement tab v2 is rendering cleanly. CEO Dashboard v2 rebranded to FranDev Performance Dashboard and published to GitHub Pages. Training guide + SOP shipped.

What's left: a handful of polish items before Workflow C (FDD Sent cascade) can be flipped live, plus one page review.

1. Create 'FDD Sent — Internal Notification' template in Campaign Center. Blocks Workflow C activation · Task #56
2. Review project-status.html to decide whether to restore its card on the dashboard. Task #57 · quick read + call
3. Flip Workflow C to Active once template + notification email are in place. Closes out Phase 1 automation scope
