First contact and basic verification.

  • Interview assessments passed
  • Realistic expectations confirmed by lead
  • Next meeting scheduled

Closing

Eliminate risk, secure approval, and formally award the candidate.

Closing Checklist

  • Funding validated โ€” pre-approval or proof of funds confirming $250kโ€“$400k liquid/accessible
  • Validation requests accommodated; no remaining concerns from lead
  • FranDev presentation made to Management and formal approval to award gained
  • Franchise awarded (award communication sent) and accepted by lead
  • FDD 16-day compliance confirmed
  • Agreements drafted and sent with execution instructions

Execute the deal, collect funds, and hand the franchisee off to onboarding.
