  • Funding validated — pre-approval or proof of funds confirming $250k–$400k liquid/accessible
  • Validation requests accommodated; no remaining concerns from lead
  • FranDev presentation made to Management and formal approval to award gained
  • Franchise awarded (award communication sent) and accepted by lead
  • FDD 16-day compliance confirmed
  • Agreements drafted and sent with execution instructions

Week 3 anchor: Closing is where validation, approval, and award converge. The active motion this week is closing validation requests — owner intro calls are the single most powerful tool you have here, which is why Week 3 also kicks off the process of building your 3–5 go-to franchisee references. Some Week 2 leads should be sitting at Funding Validated by now; your job is to walk them through the rest.

Built to capture high-intent franchise-search keywords (search volume validated in Semrush). Each pillar funnels traffic to /pages/franchise. These are top-of-funnel SEO assets: they catch candidates earlier in their research journey, before they know Mainstream's name.
