Where we are

Scoping done. The project covers the Sales Process Map (internal ops view) and Customer Journey Map (prospect emotional view) across all 5 stages — Intake, Qualifying, Closing, Signed/Site/Lease, Dead/Nurture — in both current and near-future state.

Current state = FranDev of 1 (Clay alone). Near-future state = Katie fully integrated as Director FranDev. End-of-process is lease agreement execution; franchisees then hand off to onboarding.

The Franchise Persona branch of this project is shipped — full living doc + prospect-facing one-pager both live in the FranDev Filing Cabinet. All SPM + CJM content is drafted and waiting on your review pass before we move to visual design and HTML build.

What's next

  1. Clay review pass of the journey maps. Walk through journey-visual.html end-to-end. Toggle current vs future state. Flag content gaps and copy edits. · Task #67
  2. Confirm or adjust accordingly. Apply edits to journey-visual.html based on the Clay review pass.
  3. Clay + CEO walk-through. Run through the franchise journey maps together. Capture CEO feedback.
  4. Clay revises accordingly. Apply CEO feedback. Final pre-team polish.
  5. Finished — prepared to review with team. Share the live URL internally. Project moves from Active → Living Asset.
